Product Care
Due to the nature of chocolate, we have some helpful information that will ensure you have the most luxurious experience possible!! We strongly encourage you to indulge in your Lindsay Truffler chocolates soon after you get them, but, if you have other plans here are some tips to help insure you have the best experience possible:
- Refrigeration and chocolate do not play well together. Putting your chocolates in the fridge after you receive them will not help them last longer.
- ***Lindsay Truffler chocolates can be kept for up to 10 days at room temperature (usually around 67ยบ) after you receive them.***
- If you are ordering a lot of chocolate for an event (thank you!), please pay special attention to the weather conditions. If you will be putting your chocolates outside and it's hot and humid - that might not work out. If you have to do that, we suggest you put them out at the last moment possible! We won't be able to process any returns or refunds for chocolate that melted due to heat or weather conditions once they were out of our shop.
