1. How come all my truffles have different designs?
Lindsay Truffler is an artisanal, or boutique chocolate shop. What that means to you is that you can be sure a real person took the time to hand-make everything you receive. No big fancy machines with 10 miles of conveyor belts that your chocolate goes through before it gets to you. We make every piece quite literally by hand! Each collection will have it's signature colors however.
2. What kind of lead time should I give you to make an order?
Everything is generally made to order - this way you can be sure that the chocolates you receive are as fresh as possible! If you would like to order a large number of chocolates, or chocolate for a special occasion or date, it's best to email us so we can work together and make sure your special day has special chocolate! Around the holidays, you may want to also plan well in advance!
3. Do you have a store we can visit?
We sure do! We are in Bay City, Michigan on Salzburg Avenue - check the Contact page for more our address, store hours, and other info!
4. How do you ship your chocolate?

5. What font did you use to make the FAQ?
This font is verdana, and it's stock on most computers - use it at will!
6. Should I eat your chocolate if I have allergies?
We use real ingredients at Lindsay Truffler - if you have allergies such as peanut or dairy allergies you should order with care. We want you to enjoy our chocolates, but we don't want you to have an attack of any kind!
7. Is your website secure?
Yes, we are a verified Authorize.net merchant so you can be sure that your credit card and your personal information is very secure. We also do not sell your name, address, or email address to anyone.
